NYPD rescues 4 kittens found in Queens park

 

Four newborn kittens have two NYPD officers to thank for saving their lives.

At around 11 a.m. on Sunday, Police Officers Jessica Lalli and Giuseppe Sollecito were working in Forest Park.  

While in the area they discovered the kittens in the grass.

The kittens were then placed in the care of Anarchy Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. Read more...

Ruffminster Dog Show raises funds for animal rescue efforts (photos/video)

The annual event is a fundraiser for Staten Island dog rescue efforts and organizations. This year the beneficiary is Anarchy Animal Rescue, which rehabilitates and finds homes for dogs saved from puppy mills and animal shelters. Read more...
